Abstract
Práce se zabývá profesními činnostmi třídního učitele. Jejím cílem je zjistit a analyzovat charakter a časový rozsah činností vykonávaných třídními učiteli jedné základní školy. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části je charakterizována funkce třídního učitele na pozadí profese učitele. Empirické šetření zahrnuje popis výzkumné strategie, postupu při realizaci výzkumu a zpracování údajů. Jako metoda výzkumu bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření, na kterém spolupracovalo 35 třídních učitelů. Data jsou analyzována se zřetelem ke stanoveným výzkumným otázkám. Na základě teoretické části práce a analýzy získaných empirických dat jsou v závěru práce zformovány 3 problematické okruhy týkající se práce třídního učitele, kterým je navrhováno věnovat další pozornost.
The work deals with form teacher´s profession activities. Its aim is to identify and analyse the character and the time extent of activities performed by form teachers of one basic school. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the profession of the form teacher is characterised on the background of the teacher profession. The research part contains the description of the research strategy, realization plan and processing of the aquired data. The method of this research, on which 35 form teachers paricipated, is a questionary. The data are analysed with regard to established research questions. On the basis of the theoretical part and the analysis of the empirical survey, 3 problematic areas of form teacher´s work are formed in the conclusion of this thesis, further attention is recommended to be paid to them.
