Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu třídního klimatu na středních školách a správnému provedení adaptačních kurzů a jejich efektům na žáky střední školy. Literárně přehledová (teoretická) část práce popisuje, jaký vliv na klima třídy mají specifika vývoje dospívajícího jedince, sociální vztahy v prostředí střední školy a vliv učitelů a třídních učitelů. Práce dále zkoumá, jaký dopad mají na klima školní třídy a vztahy ve třídě adaptační kurzy.
Praktická část představuje originální návrh funkčního adaptačního kurzu pro střední školy s motivačním tématem poznávání historie a aktivitami zaměřenými k vyučovacímu předmětu dějepisu. Práce rovněž navrhuje aktivity navazující na adaptační kurz, použitelné pro posilování pozitivního klimatu třídy během školního roku. Výsledky práce mohou přispět k rozšíření poznatků o klimatu školní třídy a nabídnout praktické aktivity využitelné pro edukační praxi středních škol.
This diploma thesis focuses on the topic of classroom climate in secondary schools and the proper implementation of adaptation courses and their effects on secondary school students. The literature review (theoretical) section of the thesis describes how the specifics of adolescent development, social relationships within the secondary school environment, and the influence of teachers affect the classroom climate. The thesis further examines the impact of adaptation courses on the classroom climate and interpersonal relationships within the class. The practical part presents an original design for a functional adaptation course for secondary schools, with a motivational theme centred on exploring history and activities connected to the subject of history. The thesis also proposes follow-up activities that can be used to strengthen a positive classroom climate throughout the school year. The results of this work may contribute to a broader understanding of classroom climate and offer practical activities applicable to the educational practice of secondary schools.
