dc.description.abstractBribery is a global negative phenomenon hitting all social layers. The term bribery represents misuse of authorizations for gaining of an unjustified personal benefit. It stands for such behaviour of public sector representatives (either politicians or officers of state administration or their relatives) who illegally and impermissibly receive benefits through misuse of powers entrusted to them. The theoretical section of the bachelor paper explained the terms of bribery, symptoms and consequences of the bribery. The other sections are devoted to classification of the bribery, revealing of bribery and last but not least legislation for the combating the bribery. The goal of the bachelor paper was finding out public awareness about the bribery, possibilities of revealing, investigating and punitive actions. Data gathering process used quantitative investigation and the method of querying in the form of a questionnaire was used. The respondents were high school students and general public. The results of the bachelor work confirmed the first hypothesis that at least 40% of the respondents don{\crq}t know what behaviour and action could be regarded as the bribery. The results revealed that 46% of the respondents expect the highest bribery occurrence in the state administration, which disproved the second hypothesis.en
dc.description.abstractKorupce je mezinárodní celospolečenský negativní jev. Pojem korupce představuje zneužití pravomocí za účelem získání nezaslouženého osobního prospěchu. Znamená takové jednání představitelů veřejného sektoru (ať už se jedná o politiky či státní úředníky nebo o osoby jim blízké), které se nedovoleně a nezákonně obohacují prostřednictvím zneužívání pravomocí, jež jim byly svěřeny. V teoretické části bakalářská práce poskytla vysvětlení pojmu korupce, znaky a důsledky korupce. Další kapitoly se věnovaly dělení korupce, odhalování korupce a v neposlední řadě i legislativě v boji proti korupci. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit povědomí veřejnosti o korupci, možnostech jejího odhalování, vyšetřování a trestního postihu. Pro sběr dat bylo použito kvantitativního šetření, použitou metodou byla metoda dotazování, technika dotazníku. Respondenty byli studenti středních škol a veřejnost. Výsledky bakalářské práce potvrdily první hypotézu, že alespoň 40% respondentů neví, jaké druhy jednání jsou jednáním korupčním. Dále ze získaných výsledků vyplynulo, že 46% respondentů očekává nejčastější výskyt korupčního jednání ve veřejné správě, čímž byla druhá hypotéza vyvrácena.cs
