Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu financování talentované mládeže v Libereckém kraji. Jedná se o určení efektivity vynaložených prostředků na podporu atletů oproti jejich výkonnosti v soutěžích. Český atletický svaz má určitá pravidla pro přerozdělování peněz a díky této studii je možné určit, zdali se jedná o systém, který je efektivní či nikoliv. Na základě těchto informací je možné navrhnout změny, které by vedly k účinnějšímu využití finančních prostředků.
This bachelor thesis is mainly focused on the financial support of talented young athletes in the Liberec region. It analyzes and determines the correlation of the financial support provided to the athletes and their efficienty at sport competitions. The Czech athletic federation has very specific rules for financial distribution and this thesis makes it possible to determine whether this system is efective or not. Based on this information it will be possible to suggest amendments that would increase the efficiency of financial distribution.
