Abstract
Práce se zabývá návrhem a vývojem vhodné vícevrstvé struktury zátažné pleteniny použitelné pro koupelnovou předložku. V rešeršní části je představen současný stav nabídky koupelnových předložek na českém trhu, požadavky kladené na jejich funkčnost a používaná výrobní technologie. Dále jsou stručně shrnuty základní parametry pletenin a vymezeny pojmy související s následným řešením zadané problematiky. Experimentální část popisuje vývoj vhodné struktury pleteniny, její realizaci za využití kombinace různých vstupních materiálů a následné testování a porovnávání zvolených variant. Výstupem diplomové práce je koupelnová předložka využívající materiálové kombinace, jež vykazovala nejvyšší užitnou hodnotu z testovaných prototypů a nejlépe splnila kladené požadavky.
This diploma thesis deals with the design and development of a multi-layered structure of the weft knit suitable for the bath rug. In the theoretical part there are presented the current state of the offer of bathroom rugs on the Czech market, requirements on their functionality and production technologies that are ordinarily used. Consecutively the basic parameters of knitwear are briefly summarized and the terms related to the subsequent resolution of the given issues are defined. The experimental part describes the development of a suitable structure of the knit fabric, its implementation using a combination of different input materials and subsequent testing and comparison of selected variants. The output of the diploma thesis is a bathroom rug based on the use of such a combination of materials which have the highest utility value as far as all tested prototypes are considered and as well best fulfilled the given requirements.
