dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem sebemotivace, životních cílů a školní úspěšnosti u studentů druhého a čtvrtého ročníku Střední průmyslové školy textilní v Liberci. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části práce je popsána problematika emoční gramotnosti, emoční inteligence a jejich složek. Podrobnější je pohled na motivaci včetně klíčových oblastí a potřeb, které ji ovlivňují. Stručně jsou charakterizovány cíle a smysluplnost životních cílů. V praktické části práce je zhodnocen vývoj sebemotivace, školní úspěšnost a životní cíle u studentů druhých (dříve prvních) ročníků Střední průmyslové školy textilní v Liberci, a zda jsou cíle u studentů čtvrtých ročníků stejné jako u loňských absolventů. Výzkum je založen na použití nestandardních testů emoční inteligence, dotazníku sebepojetí školní úspěšnosti studentů a nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis (study) deals with evolution of self-motivation, lives goals and school´s success of students second and fourth grade at secondary textile school in Liberec. The work composed by theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is described the problem of emotional literacy, emotional intelligence and it´s elements. More detailed there is a view of motivation including key areas and needs, which influence it. There is very briefly characterized of life´s purposes and their meaningfulness. In the practical part there is classificated evaluation of self-motivation, schools successes and lives purposes of student´s second (first freshman class) grade at secondary textile school in Liberec, and whether the goals of fourth class student´s are same as with the goals of last year's graduated students. The survey has been based on using nonstandard tests of emotive intelligence, questionnaires of self-conception in school successfulness of students and nonstandard questionnaire of own-structure.en
