Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na osobní zkušenost židovského příslušníka
II. československého zahraničního odboje Imricha Loma, zasazené do kontextu historických událostí. Vedle válečných událostí reflektuje i předválečné období, a to nejen z osobní Lomovy zkušenosti, ale i historické roviny. Hlavní část práce se věnuje jeho válečné službě v československé zahraniční armádě na Středním východě a posléze ve Velké Británii v řadách Royal Air Force. Následující část práce se soustředí na poválečný život v komunistickém režimu, rodinné události a osobní identitu.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the personal experience of a Jewish member of the Second Czechoslovak Foreign Resistance, set in the context of historical events. In addition to war events, it also reflects the pre-war period, not only from Lom's personal experience, but also from the historical level. The main part of the thesis is devoted to Lom's war service in the Czechoslovak foreign army in the Middle East and then in Great Britain in the ranks of the Royal Air Force. The following part of the thesis focuses on the post-war life under the communist regime, family events and personal identity.
