dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti využití umělé inteligence v oblasti elektronického obchodování, a to specificky na příkladu e-shopu automobilové firmy, která prodává automobilové příslušenství a reklamní předměty. Cílem práce je navrhnout funkční specifikace vhodně zvoleného využití umělé inteligence, kterým je rozšíření webového rozhraní e-shopu o virtuálního asistenta neboli chatbota. Tento chatbot by mohl přispět ke zlepšení zákaznické podpory a zvýšení efektivity e-shopu. Ve dvou teoretických kapitolách jsou zpracovány informace o umělé inteligenci, e-commerce a spojení mezi nimi na příkladu konkrétních aplikací umělé inteligence v e-commerce. Praktická část práce vychází z analýzy e-shopového rozhraní, rozhovoru s interními pracovníky a z dat o objednávkách zákazníků. Na základě analýzy těchto vstupů je navrženo řešení nedostatků v podobě virtuálního asistenta, jehož specifikace zahrnují cíle, klíčové funkce a základní aplikační architekturu v první fázi implementace. Návrh definuje i další fáze implementace se složitějšími funkcemi. Výsledkem práce je tedy návrh řešení, které slouží jako podklad pro budoucí realizaci.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis focuses on the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the field of e-commerce, specifically on the example of an e-shop of an automotive company that sells automotive accessories and promotional items. The aim of the thesis is to propose a functional specification of an appropriate use of artificial intelligence, which is the extension of the e-shop's web interface with a virtual assistant, i.e. chatbot. This chatbot could contribute to improve customer support and increase the efficiency of the e-shop. In two theoretical chapters, information about artificial intelligence, e-commerce and the connection between them is elaborated using specific applications of artificial intelligence in e-commerce as an example. The practical part of the thesis is based on the analysis of the e-shop interface, interviews with internal staff and customer order data. Based on the analysis of these inputs, a solution to the shortcomings is proposed in the form of a virtual assistant whose specifications include the objectives, key features and basic application architecture in the first phase of implementation. The proposal also defines further implementation phases with more complex functions. The result of the work is therefore a proposed solution that serves as a basis for future implementation.	en
