Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na finanční analýzu jako klíčový nástroje pro hodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti vybraného podniku. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví a stabilitu firmy prostřednictvím analýzy vybraných finančních ukazatelů a identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují výkonnost. Teoretická část se věnuje základům finančního řízení, především metodám finanční analýzy a významu jednotlivých poměrových ukazatelů a to likvidity, rentability, aktivity a zadluženosti. Tyto ukazatele slouží k vyhodnocení hospodaření podniku v delším časovém horizontu. V praktické části je provedena podrobná finanční analýza vybrané výrobní společnosti. Zkoumány jsou finanční výkazy podniku a na jejich základě jsou vypočítaný a interpretovány klíčové finanční ukazatele. Analýza se zaměřuje na vývoj ekonomické situace firmy v letech 2021-2023, identifikuje silné a slabé stránky finančního řízení a hodnotí vliv interní a externích faktorů na její hospodářské výsledky. závěrečná část práce shrnuje hlavní poznatky vyplývající z analýzy a hodnotí celkovou finanční situaci podniku. Na základě získaných dat jsou navržena konkrétní opatření a doporučení pro zlepšení finanční výkonnosti a efektivnější řízení podnikových financí.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on financial analysis as a key tool for assessing the economic performance of a manufacturing company. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health and stability of the company through the analysis of selected financial indicators and to identify the factors that influence its performance. The theoretical part deals with the fundamentals of financial management, particularly the methods of financial analysis and the significance of individual financial ratios - liquidity, profitability, activity, and indebtedness. These indicators are used to assess the company's financial performance over the long term. In the practical part, a detailed financial analysis of a selected manufacturing company is carried out. The company's financial statements are examined, and based on them, key financial indicators are calculated and interpreted. The analysis focuses on the development of the company's economic situation over time, identifies the strengths and weaknesses of its financial management, and evaluates the impact of internal and external factors on its economic results. The final part of the thesis summarizes the main findings from the analysis and assesses the overall financial situation of the company. Based on the obtained results, specific measures and recommendations are proposed to improve the company's financial performance and to ensure more efficient financial management.
