dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá hodnocením úrovně webových stránek obcí v České republice. Cílem práce je identifikovat úroveň webů obcí v České republice a identifikovat jak silné, tak slabé stránky těchto webů z hlediska technické stránky. Práce obsahuje shrnutí existujících zákonů, předpisů, doporučení týkajících se zveřejňování a zpřístupňování informací prostřednictvím webových stránek obcí v České republice. V práci je podrobně popsán proces hodnocení webů obcí a jsou zde uvedeny výsledky hodnocení. Pro potřeby procesu hodnocení jsou také zhodnoceny různé nástroje sloužící k hodnocení kvality webových stránek. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení webových stránek obcí v České republice.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with the evaluation of the technical quality of websites of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to identify the technical quality of websites of municipalities in the Czech Republic and to identify both the strengths and weaknesses of these websites from a technical perspective. The thesis contains a summary of existing laws, regulations, recommendations concerning the publication and disclosure of information through municipal websites in the Czech Republic. The paper describes in detail the process of evaluation of municipal websites and presents the results of the evaluation. For the purpose of the evaluation process, various tools used to assess the quality of websites are also evaluated. The thesis concludes with suggestions for improving municipal websites in the Czech Republic.	en
