Abstract
Bakalářská práce ?Role speciálního pedagoga v systému zacházení s odsouzenými?
se zaměřuje na analýzu a hodnocení role speciálních pedagogů pracujících ve vězeňských
zařízeních v České republice. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jakým způsobem přispívají
k efektivitě rehabilitace a edukace odsouzených osob, a jaké výzvy a potřeby s tím souvisí.
Práce se opírá o kvalitativní výzkum, včetně polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pedagogy, a
poukazuje na nutnost multidisciplinárního přístupu a lepší podpory těchto profesionálů z
hlediska institucionálního i společenského uznání jejich práce.
This bachelor thesis, ?The Role of a Special Educator in the Treatment System of Accused Persons? focuses on analyzing and evaluating the role of special educators working in prison facilities in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to explore how these professionals contribute to the effectiveness of rehabilitation and education of convicted individuals, and what challenges and needs are associated with this. The work relies on qualitative research, including semi-structured interviews with educators, and highlights the need for a multidisciplinary approach and better support for these professionals in terms of both institutional and societal recognition of their work.
