dc.description.abstract	My diploma work concentrates on problems of chicane, especially at elementary schools. I tis dividend into theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part there is a term chicane``, its development, cause and conditions leading to chicanery, actors of chicane are haracterised. There is an emphasis on diagnosis, method of chicany and prevention. In practical part the research of frequency of occurrence and forms of chicany was realized and a handbook of unspecific prevention for teachers was compiled.	en
dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku šikany, se zaměřením na první stupeň základní školy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem šikany, její vývoj, příčny a podmínky, které vedou k šikanování, charakterizováni jsou aktéři šikany. Důraz je kladen na diagnostiku, řešení šikany a prevenci. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum frekvence výskytu a forem šikany a zpracována příručka nespecifické prevence pro učitele.	cs
