dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce systematicky rozdělená do čtyř částí se zabývá tématem alternativního investování a jeho různými aspekty, se zaměřením na trh veteránů. První část práce poskytuje ucelené vysvětlení investování, které zahrnuje klíčové faktory jako výnosnost, riziko a likviditu. Druhá část se zaměřuje na alternativní investice, s důrazem na investice do veteránů. Zde je analyzován koncept veterána jako investičního nástroje, jeho předpověditelnost a strategie pro akvizici a analýzu. Třetí část podrobně zkoumá vybrané automobily z pohledu dvou odlišných typů investorů, přičemž kombinuje předpoklady pro hodnocení s využitím specifických indexů z online platforem pro vyhodnocení. V neposlední řadě poslední část práce hodnotí výsledky a formuluje doporučení pro investory, zahrnující poznatky a postupy získané během studia. Tímto přístupem práce nabízí ucelený pohled na problematiku investic do veteránů jak z hlediska teorie, tak i praxe.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis, systematically divided into four parts, addresses the topic of alternative investment and its various aspects, with a focus on the classic market. The first part of the thesis provides a comprehensive explanation of investment, encompassing key factors such as profitability, risk, and liquidity. The second part focuses on alternative investments, with an emphasis on investments in classic assets. It analyzes the concept of classic assets as investment instruments, their predictability, and strategies for acquisition and analysis. The third part thoroughly examines selected automobiles from the perspective of two distinct types of investors, combining assumptions for evaluation with the use of specific indexes from online platforms for assessment. Lastly, the final section evaluates the results and formulates recommendations for investors, including insights and practices acquired during the study. Through this approach, the thesis offers a comprehensive view of classic investment issues from both theoretical and practical perspectives.en
