Abstract
V bakalářské práci s názvem Charakteristika smolných knih 16.-17. století jsme se orientovali na smolné knihy, které jsou v Čechách zachované a zaměřili jsme se také na autory edic, kteří se studiu smolných knih věnovali. Zápisy jsme po obecné stránce rozebrali, konkretizovali jejich obsah, strukturu a formu, vekteré byly psány. Nahlédli do slovní zásoby jak z oblasti práva, tak i prostých lidí, kteří se stali obětmi tortury. Interpretovali jsme neobvykle užité expresivní výrazy, ať vulgarismy nebo naopak takzvané zdrobněliny. Zabývali jsme se také mluveným projevem odsouzených lidí v jednotlivýchvýpovědích a úředním jazykem. Zmínili jsme se o podobě posledních záznamů z průběhu výslechu z dob před zrušením tortury v roce 1776.
This bachelor's thesis called Characteristics of Court Books of 16th. and 17th. Century focuses on court books preserved in Bohemia and presents their basic characteristics. Scope of the thesis also encapsulates research of editions which authors dedicated their studies to mentioned court books. We decomposed those writings, specified their content, structure and form. We looked at the vocabulary used by the law and citizens that underwent process of torturing. We also discussed speechess of convicted individuals and the language belonging to the court, both recorded in particular statements. We looked at records ofinterrogation right before the cancellation of torture in 1776 finally.
