Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje mapování prvků agrese a šikany v mateřských školách.Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části se zabývámeagresivitou v předškolním věku, jak ji objasňují odborné publikace, následně i šikanou.Definujeme typologii šikany, její aktéry. Část teoretické části je věnována i prevenci šikanyprávě v mateřských školách. V empirické části pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťujeme, jakémají pedagogové mateřských škol zkušenosti s dětskou agresí, případně šikanou a jaký jejejich preventivní program proti tomuto chování.
The bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of elements of aggression and bullying inkindergartens. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. In the theoreticalpart we deal with aggression in preschool age, as clarified by professional publications,followed by bullying. We define the typology of bullying, its actors. Part of the theoreticalpart is also devoted to the prevention of bullying in kindergartens. In the empirical part, weuse a questionnaire survey to find out what kindergarten teachers have experience with childaggression or bullying and what is their preventive program against this behavior.
