Abstract
Tématem práce je Psychická šikana mezi lidmi s mentálním postižení. Práce se rozdělujena část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části autorka vymezuje na základěodborné literatury základní pojmy, jimiž jsou šikana a mentální postižení. V závěruteoretické části je kapitola, která se věnuje sociálním službám a standardům kvalitysociálních služeb. Praktická část je věnována průzkumu, který probíhal v denníchstacionářích pro mentálně postižené v Libereckém kraji, analýzou a interpretací výsledkůprůzkumu.
The topic of the work is psychological bullying among people with mental disabilities.The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, theauthor defines the basic concepts based on the literature, which are bullying and mentaldisabilities. At the end of the theoretical part is a chapter that deals with social servicesand quality standards of social services. The practical part is devoted to the survey, whichtook place in day hospitals for the mentally handicapped in the Liberec region, analysisand interpretation of survey results.
