Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá státními platbami za pojištěnce v rámci zdravotního pojištění. Během jejího psaní byl nejprve popsán systém zdravotního pojištění v České republice se zaměřením na roli státu jakožto jednoho z plátců. V další části se práce zabývá zdravotními pojišťovnami, které na našem území působí. Následuje rozbor zátěže pro státní rozpočet zahrnující nejen počet státních pojištěnců v současnosti, ale i předpokládaný vývoj v budoucnu. V další kapitole je role státu zkoumána i v zahraničí, a to konkrétně ve Spolkové republice Německo. Ta je pomocí dostupných ukazatelů s Českou republikou porovnána. V poslední kapitole je na základě vyplývajících zjištění rozebíráno hospodaření jednotlivých českých zdravotních pojišťoven. Z těchto údajů je poté vyvozen konkrétní návrh řešení situace, který je následně pomocí výpočtů vyhodnocován.
This bachelor thesis is concerned with state payments for the persons insured by the goverment within health insurance. In the first part there is a description of the Czech health insurace system focusing on the goverments role in this system. In the next chapter there are described the health insurance companies operating in the Czech Republic. In the next part follows an analysis of the state budget strain including the number of state insurance persons not only up to the present but also the expected growth in the future. The state role is also studied in the chosen country which is the Federal Republic of Germany. After that the situation in both countries is compared. In the last chapter there is an analysis if czech health insurace companies are economical with their budgets or not. From these datas and used calculation the final proposal is deduced. This proposal is also appraised if it could be the convinient solution to solve the inquired problem or not.
