Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením rodinného podniku. Ke spolupráci byla zvolena firma DIAGNOSTIKA - RÝDL, s.r.o. Cílem tohoto zhodnocení je odhalit faktory, které vznikají v podnikatelském prostředí a působí na podnik. K tomu je použita situační analýza. Základní pojmy a metody analýzy podniku jsou popsány v teoretické části. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé metody aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Výsledky bakalářské práce může podnik použít při stanovování cílů firmy a výběru strategie.
Bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of a family business. The company DIAGNOSTIKA - RÝDL, s.r.o. was chosen for cooperation. The objective of this evaluation is to identify the factors that arise in the business environment and affect the company. Situational analysis is used for this. Basic terms and methods of business analysis are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part, the individual methods are applied to the selected company. The results of bachelor thesis can be used by the company in setting business objectives and choosing a strategy.
