| dc.description.abstract | The article provides an overview of the history of pharmacies in Liberec during its golden age until the beginning of the 19th century, when pharmacists still obtained training for the profession by mere artisanal education. It notes the position of the pharmacist in the health care system and its administration, property law matters and the operation of pharmacies in the course of changing social conditions. He expands the existing knowledge on the basis of the research of archival sources and scientifi c literature. It moves the beginnings of direct pharmacy care in Reichenberg/Liberec to 1580s, when it was provided by the Zittau (Germany) pharmacy. The oldest pharmacy on the territory of today‘s Liberec was established at the end of the 16th century in the local castle and existed until 1645. The fi rst burgher‘s pharmacy was short-lived and operated only between years 1619–1625. Only from the end of the 1670s can we trace a complete line of pharmacists, they did not come from Bohemia until 1716. Their successors have been documented since 1726 as graduates of the pharmacy exam at the Prague Medical Faculty. But between 1745 and 1786 it was in disarray and only stabilized gradually and permanently with the settlement of pharmacists and their families in the city. In 1803, the oldest pharmacy in Liberec moved to No. 1-III on today‘s Dr. E. Beneš Square. The second pharmacy established in 1792 found a new location nearby in 1810 at No. 4-IV. Only these pharmacies served the town and its surroundings until the third pharmacy opened in 1873 and operated until 1950. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Die pharmazeutische Versorgung der wohlhabenden Bürger von Reichenberg wurde in den 1680er Jahren durch die Apotheke im nahe gelegenen Zittau sichergestellt. Die älteste Apotheke auf dem Gebiet des heutigen Liberec wurde Ende des 16. Jahrhunderts von den Freiherrn von Redern im hiesigen Schloss gegründet und bestand dort bis 1645. Die erste bürgerliche Apotheke bestand nur kurz in den Jahren 1619–1625. Erst seit den späten 1770er Jahren lässt sich eine zusammenhängende Reihe von Apothekern nachweisen. Bis 1726 waren sie nicht verpfl ichtet, die 1651 an der Prager medizinischen Fakultät eingeführte Apothekerprüfung abzulegen. Sie wurden für den Beruf durch eine rein handwerkliche Lehre ausgebildet. Zwischen 1745 und 1786 herrschten in der Apothekenversorgung unruhige Verhältnisse. Erst als sich die Apotheker und ihre Familien dauerhaft in der Stadt niederließen, stabilisierten sich die Verhältnisse. Viele prominente Persönlichkeiten, die meist aus anderen Städten stammten, arbeiteten in den örtlichen Apotheken. Einer von ihnen war zwischen 1692 und 1716 J. W. Oppermann, der aus dem fernen Göppingen in Württemberg stammte. Nach 1716 bis zum Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts war die Reichenberger Apotheke im Besitz der Familie Meissner, die mit den bedeutenden Familien Kittel, Wolf und Ehrlich verwandt war. | dc.description.abstract | W latach osiemdziesiątych XVI wieku zapewniała służby apteczne mieszczanom libereckim pobliska apteka żytawska. Najstarsza apteka na terenie dzisiejszego Liberca została założona przez baronów Redernów pod koniec XVI wieku na miejscowym zamku i istniała tu do 1645 roku. Pierwsza apteka mieszczańska przetrwała krótko między 1619 a 1625 rokiem. Dopiero pod koniec lat siedemdziesiątych XVII wieku można było zaobserwować kompleksową linię aptekarzy. Do 1726 roku nie musiano zdawać egzaminu farmaceutycznego wprowadzonego w 1651 roku na praskim Wydziale Lekarskim. Przygotowanie do zawodu pozyskiwano tylko wykształceniem zawodowym. W latach 1745–1786 panowały w aptekarstwie niezadowalające warunki. Ustabilizowały się one dopiero wraz ze stopniowym stałym osiedlaniem się aptekarzy i ich rodzin w mieście. W miejscowych aptekach wymieniło się wielu ważnych osobistości, głównie rodaków z innych miast. W latach 1693–1716 był jednym z nich J. W. Oppermann, który pochodził z odległego miasta Göppingen w Wirtembergii. Po roku 1716 aż do początku XIX wieku właścicielami apteki w Libercu były rodziny Meissner, członkowie ważnych rodzin Kittel, Wolf i Ehrlich. Najstarsza i druga apteka, założona w roku 1792, znalazły nowe lokalizacje w latach 1803 i 1810 na dzisiejszym placu dr E. Beneša i istniały tu aż do 1950 roku. | pl |
