Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou investice v rámci podniku a jejího dopadu na ekonomickou výkonnost. Hlavním cílem této práce je vyhodnocení investiční činnosti společnosti Silnice LK a.s. a sestavení doporučení. První část práce je teoretická. V této části jsou nejprve charakterizovány pojmy z oblasti investic. Dále se práce zabývá metodami hodnocení investic, kde jsou rozebírány statické ukazatele, dynamické ukazatele a nevýnosové ukazatele. Na závěr teoretické části je probírána výkonnost podniku. Praktická část se zabývá popisem společnosti Silnice LK a.s. a vyhodnocením investičních záměrů společnosti. Konkrétně se jedná o administrativní budovu a pořízení šesti nákladních automobilů značky Mercedes-Benz včetně příslušenství. Dále jsou zde na základě hodnocení zformulované závěry a porovnány jednotlivé investiční činnosti. Na závěr práce jsou z načerpaných poznatků sestavena doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku.
The thesis deals with the issue of investment with the company and its impact on economic performance. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the investment activities of the company Silnice LK a.s. and to make recommendations. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. In this part, the concepts of investment are first characterized. The thesis deals with the methods of investment evaluation, where static indicators, dynamic indicators and non-revenue indicators are analyzed. At the end of the theoretical part, the performance of the enterprise is discussed. The practical part deals with the description of the company Silnice LK a.s. and the evaluation of the company's investment plans. Specifically, it concerns an administrative building and the acquisition of six Mercedes-Benz trucks including accessories. Furthermore, conclusions are drawn on the basis of the evaluation and individual investment activities are compared. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for improving the economic situation of the company are drawn up from the knowledge gained.
