Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace a jejími formami ve výtvarné výchově na 1. stupni základní školy. V teoretické části je problematika motivace rozdělena dle historického a praktického hlediska, je definován pojem motivace a jeho formy z pohledů různých autorů a psychologů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na praxi a zkušenosti učitelů 1. stupně základní školy. Popisuje aktuální stav motivace a jejích forem užívaných v praxi. Výzkumným nástrojem je dotazník, který má za cíl prozkoumat oblast motivace a jejích forem mezi pedagogy 1. stupně základní školy. Výsledkem tohoto šetření je přehled nejčastěji užívaných forem motivace. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení od dotazovaných respondentů, jak správně žáky motivovat a kde čerpat inspiraci a možnosti motivací. Na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření je zařazen soubor pěti motivačních pohádek.
This final thesis deals with the motivation and its forms in art at the first school. In the theoretical part the motivation is divided according to the historical and practical views, I also define the concept of the motivation and its forms in psychological and other terms. The practical part focuses on practice and experience of primary school teachers. It describes the current state of the motivation and its forms used in teaching. I have used a questionnaire as a research tool. Its aim is to analyze the sphere of the motivation and its forms among primary school teachers. The result of this research is a summary of frequently used forms of the motivation. Finally, the thesis summarizes respondents´ recommendations. They explain how to motivate pupils in the right way, where to gain an inspiration and a possibility to motivate. On the basis of the research I have created a set of motivational fairy tales.
