dc.description.abstract	Investice a celkové investiční rozhodování jsou nedílnou součástí životaschopnosti podniku. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení investičního projektu podniku PRECIOSA ORNELA, a.s., který chce inovovat a automatizovat proces balení svých výrobků. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretické rešerše a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením investic a investičním rozhodováním v podniku, kategorizací investičních projektů, možnostmi hodnocení investičních projektů a zdrojů financování investic pro podnik. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou podniku a investičního projektu včetně zobrazení cílů projektu. Detailní pohled je pak zejména na rizikovost dané investice a možnosti jejího financování a rozpočtu projektu. Cílem diplomové práce je daný projekt zhodnotit pomocí vybraných metod hodnocení investičních projektů a podat konkrétní doporučení podniku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Investments and overall investment decision-making are an integral part of the viability of a business. The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the investment project of the company PRECIOSA ORNELA, a.s., which wants to innovate and automate the packaging process of its products. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical research part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of investments and investment decision-making in the company, the categorization of investment projects, the possibilities of evaluating investment projects and sources of financing investments for the company. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the company and the investment project, including the presentation of the project's goals. A detailed view is then mainly on the riskiness of the given investment and the possibilities of its financing and the project budget. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the given project using selected methods of evaluating investment projects and to give specific recommendations to the company.	en
