Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem hoření textilií. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část experimentální.Teoretická část je zaměřena na technologii netkaných textilií, zpevněné mechanickým způsobem - vpichováním. Nahlíží také na použití netkaných textilií v automotive oblasti. Dále se věnuje tématu hoření textilií.Experimentální část je zaměřena na spalovací zkoušky textilních vzorků. Je v ní popsána příprava a výroba série vzorků z netkaných textilií, dále zahrnuje popis a provedení spalovacích zkoušek podle platných mezinárodních a podnikových norem Volkswagen group. Vyrobené vzorky se lišily typy vláken a poměrem jejich směsí. Jsou zde prezentovány výsledky práce a diskuze o nich.
This bachelor thesis deals with a combustion of textiles. The thesis is divided into teoretical and experimental part.The theoretical part describes the technology of nonwoven textiles focused on mechanical bonding - needle punching. It looks also at the use of nonwovens in the automotive field. It also discusses the topic of combustion of textiles.The experimental part focuses on combustion testing nonwoven textile samples. It describes the preparation and production of series of samples of nonwoven textiles, it also includes the description and implementation of combustion tests in accordance with applicable international and corporate standards within Volkswagen group Produced samples varied by fiber types and by the ratio of their mixtures. Presented here are the work results and discussion about them.
