dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky pedagogické práce s dítětem s diabetem v předškolním vzdělávání. Hlavním cílem je popsat a analyzovat potřeby dítěte s diabetem a zároveň popsat a analyzovat specifika vzdělávání a výchovné práce pedagoga s ním. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. Část teoretická obsahuje kapitoly věnující se problematice diabetu, dále vlivu diabetu na motorický, kognitivní a emoční vývoj jedince a jeho socializaci. V posledních kapitolách teoretické části se zabývám vymezení pojmu inkluzivní pedagogika. Empirická část obsahuje částečně strukturované rozhovory s učitelkami mateřských škol. Rozhovory byly koncipovány tak, aby odhalily jejich profesní zkušenosti s dětským diabetikem. Výzkumné šetření popisuje čtyři oblasti, mezi které kromě informací o dítěti patří i komunikace s rodiči dětí s diabetem, specifikace pedagogické práce s takovými dětmi a v poslední řadě vliv již zmíněné zkušenosti na osobnostní a profesní vývoj pedagoga. Závěr empirické části je věnován průzkumným zjištěním a vybraným doporučením pro práci s diabetickými dětmi v předškolních zařízeních.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis deals with the specifics of pedagogical work with a child with diabetes in preschool education. The main goal is to describe and analyze the needs of a child with diabetes and, at the same time, to describe and analyze the specifics of education and the teacher's educational work with it. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part contains chapters dedicated to the issue of diabetes, as well as the effect of diabetes on motor, cognitive and emotional development of the individual and its socialization. In the last chapters of the theoretical part, I deal with delimitation of the concept of inclusive pedagogy. The empirical part includes semi-structured interviews with kindergarten teachers. The interviews were designed to reveal their professional experiences with a childhood diabetes. The research survey describes four areas that include, in addition to information about the child also communication with parents of children with diabetes, specification of pedagogical work with such children and last but not least, the influence of the already mentioned experience on the personal and professional development of the teacher. Conclusion of the empirical part is devoted to research findings and selected recommendations for work with diabetic children in preschools.	en
