Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozebráním specifik obchodu a podnikání ve Finsku. První část stručně popisuje teoretická východiska pojmů obchod a podnikání. Druhá část se věnuje charakteristice Finska a Finů, která se znatelně promítá do místního podnikatelského prostředí. V další části jsou rozebrána daná specifika obchodu a podnikání finského trhu. Poslední část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na ukázku specifik obchodu a podnikání Finska v praxi. Pro tento účel byla zvolena analýza založení Osakeyhtiö, neboli společnosti s ručením omezeným ve Finsku. Současně také porovnání založení Osakeyhtiö ve Finsku a společnosti s ručením omezeným v České republice. Cílem této práce je zkoumání specifik obchodu a podnikání ve Finsku, jejich základů ve finské historii a kultuře a jejich fungování v praxi na daném příkladu v porovnání s jinou zemí, v tomto případě Českou republikou.
This bachelor thesis examines the specifics of trade and business in Finland. The first part briefly describes theoretical basics of trade and business topic. The second part deals with the characteristics of Finland and Finns, which is noticeably reflected in the domestic business environment. The next part examines given specifics of trade and business of the Finnish market. The last part of the thesis focuses on demonstrating the specifics of trade and business in Finland in practice. For this purpose, the analysis of the founding of Osakeyhtiö, a limited liability company was chosen. At the same time, the founding of Osakeyhtiö in Finland and a limited liability company in the Czech Republic are compared. The purpose of this thesis is examination of the specifics of trade and business in Finland, their basics in Finnish history and culture and also functioning in practice on a given example compared to another country, in this case the Czech Republic.
