Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat analýzou týmové spolupráce v rodinném podniku Chilli and Lime. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy. Vysvětlení pojmu rodinný podnik, jaké jsou druhy týmů a co je to týmová spolupráce. Dále je teoretická část zaměřena na teambuilding a s ním související aktivity cílící na vzájemnou dynamiku vztahů v týmu a týmovou spolupráci. V praktické části jsou aplikovány metodické postupy na vybrané skupině za účelem analyzování komunikačních dovedností a dynamiky vzájemných vztahů při realizování teambuildingových aktivit. Přínos této práce by měl být ve zlepšení vztahů a vzájemné spolupráci ve vybraném rodinném podniku. Šetřením bychom měli zjistit klíčové faktory ovlivňující týmovou spolupráci a následně navrhnout strategie pro zlepšení týmové spolupráce.
This bachelor thesis will analyse teamwork in a family business, Chilli and Lime. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts. Explaining the concept of family business, what are the types of teams and what is teamwork. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on teambuilding and related activities aimed at team dynamics and teamwork. In the practical part, methodological procedures are applied to a selected group in order to analyze communication skills and relational dynamics in the implementation of teambuilding activities. The contribution of this work is expected to be in the improvement of relationships and cooperation in the selected family business. The investigation should identify the key factors affecting teamwork and then suggest strategies to improve teamwork.
