dc.description.abstractCieľom tejto práce bolo porovnanie súčasných noriem pre vybrané úžitkové vlastnosti a porovnanie metodík merania na dvoch rozličných doporučených prístrojoch. Teoretická časť práce ponúka prehľad poznatkov v oblasti fluorescenčnej spektrofotometrie a fluorescenčných materiálov. V závere poskytuje výpis o vybraných hodnoteniach stálosti materiálu v praní a v otere. Ďalej v stručnosti popisuje prístroje využívané k meraniu fluorimetrie. V experimentálnej časti je prehľad o testovaných materiáloch a použité experimentálne zariadenia potrebné pre uskutočnenie prvého cieľa práce. Druhý cieľ sa napája na tieto testy. Najprv bola popísaná metodika merania na doporučených prístrojoch a potom nasleduje jednotlivé vyhodnocovanie. To je prevedené graficky aj štatisticky.cs
dc.description.abstractThe main target of this thesis is to compare new results of provided tests to already existing norms for chosen utility features as well as a comparison of methodics of measurements on two different devices. Theoretical part provides a survey of knowledge in the area of fluorescent spectroscopy and fluorescent materials. In the end of theoretical part is a short transcript of devices used for measurement of fluorimetry. In the experimental part there is a list of tested materials and devices used to achieve the first aim. Second target connects to the tests that were provided. As first the methodic of measurement on recommended devices is described and then individual plotting follows. It is provided graphically and statistically.en
