dc.description.abstract	Hlavní cíl diplomové práce spočívá ve zhodnocení vypovídací schopnosti účetních výkazů sportovních klubů. V rámci dílčích cílů se diplomová práce snaží popsat účetní výkaznictví sportovních klubů a dále analyzovat dopady specifických účetních operací ve fotbalovém průmyslu podle České účetní legislativy a Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví. První část práce představují teoretická východiska. Nejprve bylo popsáno sportovní prostředí z pohledu historie. Následně byla uvedena typická organizační struktura profesionálního fotbalového týmu a popsány ligové soutěže. Teoretická část je zakončena kapitolou, zabývající se finančními výkazy podle České účetní legislativy a Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví. Praktickou část uvádí kapitola popisující profesionální hráčské smlouvy. Následně bylo provedeno zhodnocení vypovídací schopnosti účetních výkazů fotbalových klubů, sestavených podle České účetní legislativy a Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví. Dále byly v praktické části diplomové práce analyzovány specifické modelové situace a následně jsou demonstrovány rozdíly v účtování a vykazování podle České účetní legislativy a Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the predictive ability of the financial statements of sports clubs. Within the sub-objectives, the thesis aims to describe the financial reporting of sports clubs and to analyse the impact of specific accounting operations in the football industry according to the Czech accounting legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background. First, the sport environment was described from a historical perspective. Subsequently, the typical organizational structure of a professional football team was presented and league competitions were described. The theoretical part is concluded with a chapter dealing with financial statements according to the Czech accounting legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards. The practical part is introduced by a chapter describing professional player contracts. Subsequently, an assessment of the financial statements of football clubs prepared in accordance with the Czech Accounting Legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards was made. Next, the specific model situations were analysed in the practical part of the thesis and the differences in accounting evidence and financial reporting under the Czech Accounting Legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards are demonstrated.	en
