dc.description.abstract	The topic of this bachelor thesis is Procedures of implementation ERP in enterprise. As the title suggests, this document discusses the issue of installation of information systems in companies. At first, this document is theoretically introducing ERP systems and their implementation with an emphasis on the role of information in enterprise. Then it is describing the substance and timing of the concrete implementation of the new process-oriented information system FLORES in the company DELTA CENTER, a.s. The aim of this study is to practically describe procedures of implementation ERP and then evaluate the progress of implementation in a particular company. This study evaluates only the aspects of success, which are appropriate for evaluation in terms of time horizon. It is describing a unique proposal for future evaluation of implementation, using questionnaire for users of IS FLORES.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou Postupy implementace ERP v podniku. Jak z názvu vyplývá, tento dokument pojednává o problematice zavádění informačních systémů v podnicích. Dokument nejprve teoreticky představuje ERP systémy a jejich implementace s důrazem na roli informací v podniku a následně popisuje věcný a časový průběh konkrétní implementace nového procesně orientovaného informačního systému FLORES ve firmě DELTA CENTER, a. s. Cílem této práce je popsat postupy implementace z praktického hlediska a vyhodnotit projekt implementace v konkrétní firmě. Tato práce vyhodnocuje jen takové aspekty úspěšnosti projektu, které jsou vhodné z hlediska časového horizontu. Popisuje vlastní návrh pro budoucí postupy vyhodnocování implementací s použitím dotazníku pro koncové uživatele IS FLORES.	cs
