Abstract
Cílem práce je jednou, z nemála důležitých činnosti jakou je příprava a pomoc osobám ve výkonu trestu odnětí svodoby s opětovným návratem do společnosti. Jde o samotné výstupní oddělení, jaké místo zaujímá v Českém vězeňství, jakou má strukturou Vězeňská služba, která věznice obhospodařuje a spravuje. Typy věznic a druhy oddělení mezi které výstupní oddělení patří. Je zde poukázáno na zákonné normy, řády a nařízení, která upravují chod těchto oddělení. V neposlední řadě je zde organizační uspořádání a činnost, účel a také cil výstupního oddělení. Pro praktickou část byly využity poznatky z dotazníku, který byl určen odsouzeným umístěným na výstupním oddělení. Dotazník měl uza cíl zjistit motivaci odsouzených ke vstupu na toto oddělení, zda je z jejich pohledu účelné, zda jim tato pomoc a průprava usnadňuje návrat do společnosti. Z dosažených výsledků lze nastavit postupy i přístupy ve směru, který by měl být prospěšný pro obě zúčastněné strany , jak pro odsouzené samotné tak i pro společnost.
The target of the mine bachelors work bear on preparing and helping to persons which are senteend to prison with comeback to human society. The analyse of the pre-release department - what is this establishment in to Czech Correctional Department, what is the structure of the Prisoner´s Service, which has the property of Czech Prisons in own care. Prisons type and species variety of dpt. between the pre-release belonged. Here is feedback on the Czech law, directions guidelines, basically correctioned one funetion of this department. In the next steps is organization structure, operation axioms target of department. For the practice were used personally information´s from enquiry form, which was for personers from the pre-release department. The target of the enquiry form was following detection of the prisoner´s motivation to enter on this dpt., if is this help and therapeutically programs with consultation providing the best conditions to comeback to human society. From the availabled results is possible suitable positive motivation support of prisoner´s from the side of the special prisoner´s workers, which will acceptable for both concerned sicles, like for prisoners and for human society too.
