dc.description.abstractIn my Work I´m describing individual developing phases of the information systems of enterprises and partial periods of optimalization of information systems.Mostly I´m drawing from professional directing practice,which I went through in the Prague Airport,company a.s. And Travel Service,where I am at present employed. Very rich working experience enabled me to connect theoretical knowledge with practice and to make verify the possibility of application of theoretical information from the area of information systems and technology to everyday practice. The first part of my work is mostly theoretical,I´m trying to map the current development of the information systems and technology. The second and the most important part is formed by practical area,in which I tried to optimalize the current system EFA of the Travel Service company,a.s. Our working team was solving several problems.Our priority was definitely the contact with customer, the effective communication with the delegates of travel agencies,the systematic collection of data, their transfer and use. In the frame of communication between individual companies,which are the part of such a complicated complex,which is represented by the world air transport, we aimed at effective transfer of information,which was helped by the implementation of new information element by form of automatic application,which substitutes the human factor as the transition between the EFA company system and SITATEX communication network,used for the communication in air transport. Regarding to the fact that at present the air transport is developing very fast,the question of communication between its members the most important priority.en
dc.description.abstractVe své práci popisuji jednotlivé vývojové fáze podnikových informačních systémů a dílčí etapy optimalizace informačních systémů. Převážně pak vycházím z odborné řízené praxe, kterou jsem absolvoval ve společnosti Letiště Praha, a.s. a Travel Service, a.s., kde jsem v současné době také zaměstnán. Poměrně bohaté pracovní zkušenosti mi umožnily propojit teoretické poznatky s praxí a ověřit si tak možnost uplatnění teoretických informací z oblasti informačních systémů a technologií s každodenní prací. První část práce je spíše teoretická, pokouším se zde mapovat dosavadní vývoj informačních systémů a technologií. Druhá, stěžejní část je tvořena oblastí praktickou, ve které jsem se pokusil optimalizovat současný informační systém EFA společnosti Travel Service, a.s. . Náš pracovní tým řešil několik problémů. Naší prioritou byl jednoznačně kontakt se zákazníkem ? efektivní komunikace se zástupci cestovních kanceláří, systematický sběr dat, jejich přenos a využití. V rámci komunikace mezi jednotlivými společnostmi, které jsou součástí tak složitého komplexu, jaký představuje světová letecká doprava, jsme se zaměřili na efektivní přenos informací, kterému napomohla implementace nového informačního prvku formou automatizované aplikace, která nahrazuje lidský faktor jakožto přechod mezi podnikovým systémem EFA a komunikační sítí SITATEX, využívanou pro komunikaci v letecké dopravě. Vzhledem k tomu, že se v současné době letecká doprava rozvíjí nebývalým tempem, je otázka komunikace mezi jejími účastníky jednoznačnou prioritou.cs
