Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá odpovědností za škodu cestovní kanceláře. Vymezena je zde obecně problematika odpovědnosti za škodu. Velký prostor je dále věnován analýze smlouvy o zájezdu, zahrnujíce také potvrzení o zájezdu, které nahrazuje písemnou formu této smlouvy. Charakterizována je pak cestovní kancelář jako pořadatel zájezdu včetně výčtu zákonem stanovených práv a povinností, které určují minimální ochranu spotřebitele vstupujícího do smluvního svazku s cestovní kanceláří. V souladu s právními a smluvními ustanoveními je uveden a posouzen konkrétní případ reklamace.
This bachelor thesis deals with the liability of tour operator for damage. In this work is generally specified the issue of liability for damage. Considerable space is devoted to analysis of tour contract including confirmation of the package tour, that replaces written form of contract. The thesis characterizes tour operator as an organizer of the package tour including an enumeration of rights and obligations, that determine the least consumer protection in this contractual relationship. In the compliance with law's and contract's provisions is given and evaluated an example of complaint.
