Abstract
Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců ve vybrané finanční instituci. Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané finanční instituci. Cílem práce je doporučit návrh na zlepšení v této oblasti u zvolené banky, která je v předkládané práci označována pod pracovním názvem Banka X. V první, teoretické části, je shrnuta literární teorie z oblasti služeb a bankovnictví, personalistiky, definice pojmu řízení lidských zdrojů ve vazbě na získávání a výběr zaměstnanců. V praktické části je nejprve představena finanční instituce a následně jsou analyzovány využívané metody získávání a výběru ve zvolené organizaci. Na závěr práce je předložen návrh na zlepšení v oblasti výběru zaměstnanců a jeho zhodnocení.
Recruitment and selection of employees in the selected financial institution.The bachelor thesis focuses on the recruitment and selection of employees in the selected financial institution. The work aims to recommend a proposal for improvement in the hiring process at the chosen bank. In this work, the bank is referred to as Bank X. The literary theory of services and banking, human resources, along with the definition of the concept of human resource management concerning the recruitment and selection of employees are summarized, in the first, theoretical part. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis continues with a practical part which introduces the financial institution and then accordingly analyses the used methods of acquisition and selection in Bank X. In the last part of the thesis, a proposal to improve staff selection and the assessment of this proposal is presented.
