Abstract
Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do dvou částí na teoretickou, a výzkumnou. V teoretické části se pojednává o celiakii jako takové a o režimových opatřeních, která jsou nutná u bezlepkové diety dodržovat. Ve výzkumné části se zabýváme projevy onemocnění před diagnostikou nemoci, omezeními, které bezlepková dieta pacientům přináší a o informovanosti pacientů, kterou mají o označeních, která určují bezlepkovou potravinu. Výzkumná část byla uskutečněna kvalitativní metodou. Byl použit strukturovaný rozhovor s pacienty, kteří mají toto onemocnění. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek, připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.
This bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and research-related part. The theoretical part contains both explanation of the term coeliac disease as a disease unit and its corresponding diet as well as other restrictions and measures that should be respected. In terms of the research part, we discuss symptoms preceding the disease, diet restrictions that are imposed on an affected person and awareness of patients of the overall problems (including knowledge of the gluten-free foods) and various consequences associated with this illness. The research part of the thesis was executed with the use of a qualitative method. A structured interview with affected people was conducted. The outcome of this bachelor's thesis is an article which is available for the publication in an academic periodical.
