dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá zkoumáním vlastností objemných netkaných termicky pojených textilií. Přibližuje technologický postup výroby těchto netkaných textilií. Jsou zde charakterizována nejčastěji používaná vlákna pro výrobu netkaných textilií a bikomponentní vlákna, která mohou sloužit jako pojivo vlákenné vrstvy. V teoretické části nalezneme způsob přípravy vlákenných vrstev a jejich termické pojení. Součástí této bakalářské práce je experiment, spočívající ve výrobě vzorků netkané objemné termicky pojené textilie. Vzorky vyrobené netkané textilie jsou podrobeny cyklickému namáhání stlačováním. Dále jsou vzorky podrobeny testu vzlínání vody a oleje. Třetí zkouškou je test stlačitelnosti původních a namáhaných vzorků netkané textilie. Závěr práce je věnován porovnání parametrů obou typů vzorků.cs
dc.description.abstractThe work deals with researching the properties of bulky nonwoven thermal bonded fabrics. The work describes the technological process of production of non-woven fabrics. There are characterized the most commonly used fibres for the manufacture of non-wovens and bicomponents fibres, which can be used as a binder of the fibrous layer. We can find the fiber layers are prepared and their thermal bonding in the theoretical part of the work.Part of this Bachelor thesis is an experiment, consisting of the production of samples of bulky nonwoven thermal bonded fabrics. The samples of the produced nonwovens were tested by cyclical stress by compressing. The samples were tested by the capillary action of water and oil too. The third exam was to compare the compressibility of the original and stressed samples of nonwoven fabrics. The final part of this work represents comparing and interpreting the tests results.en
