Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou regionálních disparit v Libereckém kraji a navrhuje způsob, jak pomocí vhodného podnikatelského záměru hospodářským nerovnostem v regionu předejít. V úvodní části jsou popsána teoretická východiska pro tvorbu podnikatelského záměru a definovány a klasifikovány regionální disparity. Značná část práce se poté zaměřuje na Liberecký kraj, který je hodnocen z pohledu analýz Českého statistického úřadu a Programu rozvoje kraje. Z výsledků vyplývá, že jednou z hospodářsky nejslabších oblastí regionu je Frýdlantsko, které trpí vysokou mírou nezaměstnanosti osob a nedostatkem větších zaměstnavatelů. Jako možné řešení tohoto problému je navržen podnikatelský záměr týkající se rozšíření působnosti Pekařství a cukrářství Jiří Bláha, s. r. o., který by měl zároveň přispět k lepšímu zásobování oblasti pekařskými a cukrářskými výrobky. Uskutečnění záměru by znamenalo přínos jak pro místní obyvatele z hlediska nových pracovních příležitostí, tak i pro samotnou společnost jako prostředek ke zvýšení ziskovosti.
The presented thesis studies regional disparity problems in the Liberec region and suggests a suitable business plan as a way for preventing such problems´ occurrence and extension. In the opening part, theoretical standpoints for creation of a business plan are described, and the existing regional disparities are defined and classified. A significant part of the thesis focuses on the Liberec region, which is evaluated from the points of view of the Czech Statistics Office and the Regional Development Program. The results show that one of the most economically depressed areas of the region is round Frýdlant, which has suffered from a high rate of unemployment and a shortage of bigger employers. As a possible solution to this problem, a business plan is proposed. It is connected to an expansion of the company Pekařství a cukrářství Jiří Bláha, s. r. o. (Bakery and Confectionery Jiří Bláha, Ltd.) The company´s growth should also contribute to the better regional supplies of the bakery and confectionery products at the same time. The realization of the plan would be beneficial both for the local inhabitants by opening new job opportunities, and for the company as a tool for increasing profitability.
