Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit sektor služeb, akcentována je živnost realitního zprostředkovatele. Dále popsat franchising jako obchodní koncept, uvést jeho členění, naznačit obtížnost sepsání franchisové smlouvy, vyjmenovat výhody a nevýhody obchodního konceptu. Charakterizovat aktuální stav na trhu s realitami v Česku, zvláštní pozornost bude věnována hypotečnímu trhu. Analyzovat vybranou franchisu, mezinárodně úspěšný koncept realitních kanceláří. Popsat vstup vybraného konceptu na český trh a shrnout působení kanceláří, jež v rámci konceptu podnikají, v Libereckém kraji. V závěru budou nastíněna možná úskalí pro stávající i potenciální majitele franchis.
The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to introduce the topic of the services sector with an emphasis on the business of real estate brokerage. In addition, it describes franchising as a business concept, and presents its segmentation, indicates the difficulty of writing franchise agreements and describes the advantages and disadvantages of the business concept. It characterizes the current state of the real estate market in the Czech Republic, and pays special attention to the mortgage market and analyses selected franchises and the successful concept of real estate offices. It describes the rise of the given concept on the Czech market and provides a summary of offices' functioning, within the framework of the concept, doing business in the Liberec region. In the conclusion, potential bottlenecks are outlined for current and potential franchise owners.
