Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá pozicí asistenta pedagoga v mateřské škole. Na základě studia legislativních a kurikulárních dokumentů jsou vymezeny jeho pravomoce, kompetence a jeho práce s dětmi. Dále jsou přiblíženy termíny inkluze a integrace. Zároveň se zde zabývám dětmi se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a dvouletými dětmi, které již navštěvují mateřskou školu. V praktické části dojde díky rozhovorům, které budu vést s učiteli mateřské školy a asistenty pedagoga, k ověření poznatků získaných z literatury
Bachelor thesis delineates work of nursery teacher's assistant. Based on study of legislation and curricular documents there is definition of his competence of working with kids. Next there is depiction of terms inclusion and integration. Simultaneously I deal with children in need of special education and children who already attend to nursery school at the age of two. In practical part there will be verification of findings in documents simultaneously with interview of nursery teachers and their assistants.
