dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis "Corporate social responsibility - Marius Pedersen Group" deals with corporate social responsibility of the company Marius Pedersen Group. In the theoretical part deals with theory of corporate social responsibility and its concept in the organizations. Corporate social responsibility is the voluntary behavior of the company which is responsible to the environment and society. In the practical part of this thesis is the situation of individual pillars in the company, and then focuses on the social sphere. Within this thesis there was made the questionnaire investigation between the employees of the company on the topic of the social pillar of corporate social responsibility. The target of diploma thesis is suggestion for improvement of the corporate social responsibility in the company.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce "Společenská odpovědnost firmy - Marius Pedersen Group" se zabývá společenskou odpovědností firmy Marius Pedersen Group. V teoretické části se řeší teorie společenské odpovědnosti a její koncept v organizacích. Společenská odpovědnost je dobrovolné chování firmy - odpovědnost k prostředí i společnosti. V praktické části popisuje práce stav jednotlivých pilířů společenské odpovědnosti ve firmě, a poté se zaměřuje především na sociální oblast. V rámci práce bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci firmy na téma sociální pilíř společenské odpovědnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je navržení zlepšení ve využívání principů společenské odpovědnosti v dané firmě.cs
