Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací výroby textilního obalu optických vláken. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části.V první teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy pro technologii tkaní. Dále následují popsané vzorce ke statistickému vyhodnocení získaných výsledků.V druhé experimentální části byla ve spolupráci s fakultou materiálového inženýrství měřena intenzita vyzařování optických vláken s různými odváděcími válečky.Závěr práce je zhodnocení různě použitých odváděcích válečků v technologii tkaní a navrhnout optimalizaci výroby textilního obalu optických vláken.
The bachelor thesis deals with the optimalization of the production of textile covering for side emiting optical fibers.The thesis is devided into two parts.The first, theoretical part, describes the basic perception of weaving technology together with the formulas of statistical evaluation based on the obtained results.The second experimental part, describes the mesured intensity of side emiting optical fibers using various warp rollers during the production. These test has been processed under the cooperation with the faculty of material engineering.The final part of the work is the evaluation of using different warp rollers in the weaving technology and suggestion of the optimalization in the production of the side emiting optical fibers covering.
