dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výrobu netkaných textilií pomocí technologie vpichování na laboratorní lince DILO při různých rychlostech výroby. V rešeršní části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé textilní pojmy, vlákna na výrobu netkaný textilií, příprava a zpevnění vlákenné vrstvy, dále jsou vysvětleny mechanické vlastnosti textilie: plošná hmotnost, prodyšnost, pevnost a tažnost. V závěru první části je popsán proces stanovení ceny výrobku. V experimentální části je popsána linka Dilo, výroba a zpevnění vlákenné vrstvy, odběr vzorků a samotné testování jednotlivých vlastností textilií. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení výsledků, ekonomické porovnání jednotlivých rychlostí a doporučení pro další výzkum.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis focuses on the production of nonwovens using needle punching technology on a laboratory DILO line at different production speeds. The research part of the thesis describes the different textile concepts, fibres for the production of nonwovens, the preparation and reinforcement of the fibre layer, and the mechanical properties of the fabric: basis weight, breathability, strength and ductility. At the end of the first part, the process of product pricing is described. In the experimental part, the Dilo line, the production and reinforcement of the fibre layer, the sampling and the actual testing of the different properties of the fabrics are described. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the results, an economic comparison of the different speeds and recommendations for further research.en
