dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá alternativními teoriemi firmy, které vznikly jako reakce na změny v podmínkách fungování firem a změny struktury firem. V první části je charakterizována neoklasická teorie firmy a jsou představeny alternativní teorie firem - modely teorií manažerských, behaviourálních a model zaměstnanecké firmy. V textu jsou dále popsány přístupy manažerů k řízení současných firem a je proveden rozbor problematiky strategického managementu. V druhé části diplomové práce jsou konfrontovány alternativní teorie firmy s přístupy strategického managementu. Cílem diplomové práce je pojmenovat a analyzovat některé teoretické pohledy alternativních teorií firmy, které jsou zakomponovány do strategického managementu a použitelné v současné podnikatelské praxi.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with alternative theories of the firm created in response to changes in the conditions companies are operating in, and the way their structures are changing. The first part outlines the neoclassical theory of the firm and introduces alternative theories of the firm managerial, behavioural and employee engagement model. The following section describes the approaches of managers to the management of existing companies and discusses the issues of strategic management. The second part of the work confronts alternative theories of the firm with approaches of strategic management. The thesis aims to illuminate and analyse some of the theoretical perspectives of alternative theories of the firm that are incorporated in strategic management and usable within contemporary entrepreneurial practice.	en
