Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na synestezii a její jazykové projevy. V teoretické části je charakterizována z psychologického a lingvistického hlediska. Práce uvádí různé projevy synestezie a možnosti jejího metaforického vyjádření v každodenním jazyce a v uměleckém textu. Konkrétní příklady synestetických metafor jsou doloženy na impresionistických a symbolistických textech. Na základě jejich excerpce jsou identifikovány synestetické smyslové modality a jejich metaforické vyjádření. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, které zjišťuje povědomí pokusných osob o synestezii a schopnost její identifikace v uměleckém textu. Výsledky výzkumu jsou porovnány s teoretickými východisky.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on synesthesia and its linguistic manifestations. In the theoretical part, synesthesia is characterized from a psychological and linguistic point of view. The work presents various manifestations of synesthesia and the possibilities of its metaphorical expression in everyday language and artistic text. Concrete examples of synesthetic metaphors are attested in Impressionist and Symbolist texts. Based on their excerpt, synesthetic sensory modalities and their metaphorical expression are identified. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey that ascertains the subjects' awareness of synesthesia and the ability to identify it in an artistic text. The research results are compared with the theoretical starting points.
