Abstract
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem sexuality osob s tělesným postižením. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak osoby s tělesným postižením vnímají svou sexualitu. Dílčími cíli je zjistit, na jaké překážky osoby s tělesným postižením naráží při naplňování potřeb sexuálního života, kde získávají informace ohledně sexuality, jaký je jejich názor na služby sexuální asistence, a zda jsou spokojeni se svým tělem i vlastním sexuálním životem. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část pojímá poznatky z odborné literatury zabývající se problematikou sexuality osob s postižením a představuje oporu průzkumu. Výsledky průzkumu jsou obsahem empirické části. Kvalitativní průzkum probíhal formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, a účastnili se ho čtyři respondenti. Součástí práce je rovněž diskuze společně s navrhovanými opatřeními.
This bachelor's thesis is addressing the topic of the sexuality of people with physical disabilities. The main aim of this paper is to map a perception of sexuality of those who have a physical disability. A further proposition of this thesis is to recognize the barriers encountered by people with disabilities when developing a fulfilling sex life, the aspects of sex education, their opinions regarding the sexual surrogate service, or their confidence about their own bodies along with their contentment when it comes to their personal sex life. This bachelor's thesis is divided into two main parts - a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents a knowledge of the sexuality of people with disabilities that can be found in an expert literature and represents a support for the research. Results of the research can be found in the practical part. The qualitative research was realized through a semi-structured interview with four respondents. Discussion and suggested solutions can be found at the end of the paper.
