dc.description.abstractThe focus of this diploma thesis is the production of filter samples with variable areal weight parameters from recycled carbon stable fibers, testing of these filters, evaluating filtration properties and proposing further possible use for these filters. The research section of this work describes the production process and properties of carbon fibers, the use of carbon fibers in composite materials for aviation industry and the possibilities for recycling these composites. It further describes the properties of recycled carbon fibers compared to the "Virgin" fibers. The last section describes the possible technologies used for producing the filters from recycled carbon stable fibers. The experiment section containing the experiment, describes the process of producing sample filters and testing methods used for air filtration. It also elaborates on the main parameters of the filtration process and on the parameters of filtration material - thickness, areal weight, fiber diameter, etc. Furthermore, the work shows, compares and evaluates the results of main filtration properties - efficiency, pressure differential, filter life-cycle. The conclusion suggests possible use for filters from recycled carbon fibers.?en
dc.description.abstractNáplní této diplomové práce je výroba vzorků filtrů s proměnlivými parametry plošné hmotnosti z recyklovaných staplových uhlíkových vláken, testování těchto filtrů, vyhodnocení filtračních vlastností a návrh možného použití těchto filtrů. Rešeršní část práce popisuje výrobu a vlastnosti uhlíkových vláken, použití uhlíkových vláken v kompozitních materiálech pro letecký průmysl a možnost recyklace těchto kompozitů. Dále popisuje vlastnosti recyklovaných uhlíkových vláken v porovnání s vlákny primárními. V poslední části popisuje možné technologie výroby filtrů z recyklovaných staplových uhlíkových vláken. Experimentální část popisuje postup výroby vzorků filtrů a použité testovací metody pro vzdušnou filtraci. Popisuje i hlavní parametry procesu filtrace a parametry filtračního materiálu - tloušťka, plošná hmotnost, průměr vláken atd. Dále znázorňuje, porovnává a vyhodnocuje výsledky hlavních filtračních vlastností - efektivita, tlakový spád, životnost filtru. V závěru navrhuje možné použití filtrů z recyklovaných uhlíkových vláken.cs
