Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou financování sociálních služeb. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat možnosti financování pro poskytovatele sociálních služeb. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti - teoretická a praktická. Teoretická část vychází ze zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů, popisuje charakter sociálních služeb a seznamuje s oblastmi, které s touto formou služeb úzce souvisejí. Praktickou část tvoří především údaje získané pomocí analýzy dokumentů a údajů poskytnutých institucemi financujícími sociální služby v Libereckém kraji. Výsledky ukazují na vícezdrojové možnosti získání financí na sociální služby z prostředků různých institucí, příspěvků, dotací a to i z fondů Evropské unie. Z důvodu postupného stárnutí populace se zvyšují požadavky na kapacitu sociálních služeb a z toho vyplývá potřeba zajištění optimálních podmínek pro činnost poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. Za největší přínos práce lze vzhledem k řešené problematice považovat získání podrobných informací o konkrétních částkách, které byly poskytnuty na financování sociálních služeb v Libereckém kraji v období 2007-2009. Závěry práce lze využít především v oblasti statistického zpracování údajů, při zpracovávání finančních plánů a při hledání možností, kde lze všude čerpat peníze na financování sociálních služeb.
This Bachelor thesis deals with the funding of the social services. The goal of this work is to analyse the possibilities of funding for the social services providers. This work contains two basic sections - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the elaboration and presentation of the scientific resources it describes the character of the social services and also acquaints with the areas narrowly related to these forms of services. The practical part is based on the analysis of the documents and data, which are provided by the institutions financing the social services in the Liberec Region. The results point out several sources of funding the social services from the financial sources of different institutions, dotations, grants, which are often gained from the European Union. Because of the progressive ageing process of the population, the requirements for the social services capacity are increasing and this provokes the necessity of the optimal conditions for the social providers´ work. The biggest contribution of this thesis is obtaining the detailed information about the concrete amounts, which were given for the social services financing in the Liberec Region in 2007-2009. The conclusion of the thesis is possible to exploit mainly in compiling data, elaborating the financial plans and in searching the possibilities of getting the money for the social services funding.
