| dc.description.abstract | V této práci se zabývám teoretickým zpracováním předmětu textilní zbožíznalství zaměřeného na laboratorní cvičení. Také zahrnuje veškerou teorii týkající se mikroskopů a zobrazovací techniky. Vysvětlení co to vlastně mikroskopy jsou, jaké máme druhy mikroskopů, jaké jsou jejich součásti a k čemu mikroskopy slouží. Jedním bodem práce je také porovnání cen firem zabývajících se výrobou nebo produkcí zobrazovacích technik. Následně navazuje část, která je závěrečná a v ní jsou již uvedeny mnou vybrané firmy a nejlepší zobrazovací techniky, které se dají použít pro zbožíznalecké laboratoře. Práce obsahuje návrh na zařízení laboratoře zobrazovací technikou. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | In this bachelor thesis I am concerned with theoretic elaboration of textileknowlege subject focused on laboratory exercising. Thesis also containes theory, which is related to microscopes and imaging technology. Explanation, what are actually microscopes, what sorts of microscopes we have, components of microscopes and for what is microscopes serving. One of the part of this thesis is comparing prices of firm, which is being concerned with production or production of imaging technologies. Subsequently concures the part, which is final and in this I selects firms and the best imaging technologies, which can be used for textileknowlege laboratories.
