dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá studií manuálního a automatického výstřihu. Úkolem je seznámit firmu MODĚVA Konice s automatizovanými stroji a zlepšit tak její produktivitu. Teoretická část popisuje technologii manuálního nakládání a výstřihu v oděvní výrobě a porovnává ji s automatizovanou technologií. Tato část obsahuje také informace o automatizaci strojů pro nakládání a výstřih. V další části autor informuje o aktuální nabídce automatických nakládacích stojů a cattrů od firmy Topcut Bullmer. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu a studii týkající se nahrazení manuálního zařízení automatickým ve firmě MODĚVA Konice. Důraz je kladen především na produktivitu práce, počet pracovníků a návratnost investic. Závěr práce je věnován zpracování analýzy pro firmu MODĚVA Konice. Zahrnuje nejlepší doporučení a zjištění zda se renovace stříhárny firmě vyplatí, případně za jakou dobu se jim vložená investice vrátí.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with a study of a manual and automatic cuts. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the automated machines to the MODEVA company in Konice and to improve its productiveness. The theoretical part is focused on a technology of manual treatment and cut in clothing production and also, it is compared with the automated technology. Furthermore, this part includes information about automation of machines suitable for treatment and cut. Next section of the thesis describes the actual offer of certain automatic machines by the Topcut Bullmer company. The practical part includes the analysis concerning a replacement of manual mechanism with automatic one in MODEVA Konice, preferably in productivity of work, a number of workers and a recoverability of investments. In conclusion, there is the analysis for MODEVA Konice including the best suggestions and findings, whether the renovation of the cutting room is worth and when would be the investments paid back.en
