Abstract
Bakalářská práce Doma v cizině se zabývá návrhem autorské oděvní kolekce inspirované architekturou města Barcelona, zejména kachličkami a štuky s ornamentikou katalánského modernismu. Práce zkoumá vztah mezi individuálním vizuálním vnímáním městského prostoru a možnostmi jeho přetlumočení do textilního designu. Kolekce kombinuje tištěné desény a výšivku a je doplněna interiérovou textilií, která se stává i součástí oděvu. Cílem práce je vytvořit kolekci, která reflektuje atmosféru konkrétního místa prostřednictvím osobité výtvarné interpretace.
The bachelor thesis At Home Abroad deals with the design of an original clothing collection inspired by the architecture of the city of Barcelona, particularly tiles and stuccoes featuring ornamentation typical of Catalan modernism. The work explores the relationship between individual visual perception of urban space and the possibilities of translating it into textile design. The collection combines printed patterns and embroidery and is complemented by an interior textile that also becomes part of the clothing. The aim of the thesis is to create a collection that reflects the atmosphere of a specific place through a distinctive artistic interpretation
