Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou posttraumatické intervenční péče v podmínkách Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky (dále jen HZS ČR), potažmo Hasičského záchranného sboru Libereckého kraje (dále jen HZS LK), který je jeho součástí. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat a popsat systém posttraumatické intervenční péče v tomto sboru a zjistit význam a roli poskytování posttraumatické intervenční péče v podmínkách Hasičského záchranného sboru Libereckého kraje. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů a na základě konzultace s psycholožkou HZS Libereckého kraje obsahovala základní informace o HZS ČR a HZS LK, dále informace o psychologické službě HZS ČR a podrobněji se zabývala problematikou posttraumatické intervenční péče jednak v obecné rovině, ale zejména v podmínkách hasičského záchranného sboru. Praktická část byla realizována prostřednictvím dotazníku, kterým jsme zjišťovali názory 46 příslušníků - zasahujících hasičů Hasičského záchranného sboru Libereckého kraje na tuto problematiku. Z výsledků průzkumu vyplynulo, že se více než polovina oslovených hasičů vyjádřila k existenci posttraumatické intervenční péče u HZS ČR, potažmo HZS Libereckého kraje, pozitivně. Výsledky průzkumu vyústily v konkrétní navrhovaná opatření v oblasti rozšíření informovanosti hasičů o možnosti využití posttraumatické intervenční péče v případě potřeby a především k budování stále větší důvěry hasičů k psychologovi HZS LK. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možno považovat, že výsledky provedeného průzkumu by mohly posloužit jako nové podněty ke zlepšování péče o hasiče, čili jako jistý odrazový můstek pro ty, kteří se problematikou posttraumatické intervenční péče v podmínkách HZS zabývají.
The bachelor thesis was aimed on the posttraumatic interventional care realized within the Fire-brigade of the Czech republic and within the Fire-brigade of the Liberecky region as a part of it. The goal of this thesis was monitoring and desrcibing the system of the posttraumatic interventional care, its meaning and role in the conditions of the Fire-brigade of the Liberecky region. The thesis was formed by two main parts. In the first one - theoretical - there were basic and general information about the Fire-brigade of the Czech republic and the Fire-brigade of the Liberecky region and about the psychological service and about the posttraumatic interventional care in general and in the conditions of the fire - brigade. The methods through which the data wege get in this part of the thesis were the analysis of the scientific publications and the interview with the fire-brigade psychologist. In the second part of the thesis there were data from the questionare research realized with 46 fire fighters form the Fire-brigade of the Liberecky region. The data from the questionare shows, that more than half of all the fire fighters of the Fire-brigade of the Liberecky region are satisfied with the service of the posttraumatic interventional care in general and with the posttraumatic interventional care realized in the Fire-brigade of the Liberecky region in particular. Eventualy the research data are useful in the proces of strenghtening the trustfulness of the posttraumatic interventional care and also to help to spread more informationa abou the posttraumatic interventional care among all the fire fighters, so they can use this service if necessary. The biggest practical contribution of this text is ist possible usage in the area of improving the care given to the fire fighters. It means that all the people concerned with the problems of fire fighters and the posttraumatic interventional care in the fire brigades might use this text as an inspiration for their own research.
